LOL people Read waht the deve said first. Was asked to him if he would boost close range ammo, or nerf long range ammo. He said POssibly both but most likely the former. THat means most likely they will change the CLOSE range t2 ammo.

The devs actually said that they are considering a Scorch nerf. Go back to that rockets thread and read.
---------------------
As a Gallente and Minmatar pilot (I do fly Amarr frigs though, but nerfing Scorch S would be beyond any level of ******edness, this discussion is about Scorch M and L), I am against a Scorch nerf, because it is the only good thing about lasers. Yes, Scorch is over 9000% better than any other T2 ammo, but once you realize that Scorch is used by lasers and Amarr ships, the whole "package" is just fine.
He said he wants to find time to make some T2 ammo balance. And that scorch nerf is one of the possibilities. And YES he wrote that is more likely a change to close range than to the long range ammo ( more likely they will firsttry to make glean useful)
That does not discard a scorch nerf but does nto mean it WILL SURELY HAPPEN.

You're nerfing Scorch or fixing short range versions?
Possibly both, most likely the latter but nothing definite yet. Got a few hoops we have to jump through first but it would be nice to get them in the release.
